Because of the different work requirements, MCSE and CCNA holders would have different job openings. Companies looking for a Microsoft engineer would most likely hire them for daily work. Hence, they would not just work with one company at a time.
As a result, the salary for a CCNA holder would likely be slightly higher than for an MCSE professional.
